Roof Tune-Up

HMC offers Bi-annual roof maintenance contracts for $149.99 per visit. 

Eliminate the worrying and guessing that comes with being a homeowner. This contract covers any worry spots located on your roof and gutter system.

HMC will let you know exactly what the status of your roof is and what might be going on up there! This service allows you to be strategic about maintenance costs and even prepare for replacements in the future. 

• A complete roof evaluation of flat, asphalt shingle, and metal roofs
• Clean up of all roof debris, this includes sweeping or blowing off locations of the roof where dirt, leaves, and sticks have built up
• Clean the entire gutter system of debris, making sure drains are not clogged 
• Assess mold & mildew build up, spray areas if needed. 
• Re-secure gutter and drain fasteners if they have come loose 
•  Inspection of all flashing; This includes pipe boots, skylights, and chimneys. 
• Add roofing sealant to any minor issues including, nail pops, staples, and small fractures in the shingles or flat roof membrane. 
• We will also advise you on any repairs that may need to be made that exceed the scope of the Roof Tune-Up. 

HMC's annual contracts are serviced once in the Spring (April) and again in the Fall (November).

April is the perfect time to asses any issues that may have arrived over the winter months and prepare your roof for the summer; while November is an ideal time to service your roof before the cold of Winter sets in.  

HMC will clean up all of the debris collected on your roof from the prior months and leave you worry-free for the months to come.
